Due to the nature of these custom, bespoke and hand-made to-order products, returns will not be accepted, however please contact me if you're unhappy with your product, also please bear-in-mind, that most pieces are made from reclaimed/re-purposed timber and as such may not be 100% perfect (may have minor defects).
