These beautiful and hand-made mantle shelves are created using reclaimed timber, which will be cut-to-size, sanded smooth and can be coloured to your required colour.
These are created using reclaimed timber and as such will age, crack and will have features which are associated with reclaimed timber.
The depth of these Mantle shelves are usually 22cm deep and are 7.3cm thick.
OSMO oil will be applied to bring out the beauty of the timber itself. Colour is usually a medium oak, however other colours can be accommodated. (please message me).
Brackets will be supplied and will be coloured black. These brackets will be the metal "up" type. These steel brackets will come with fixings for solid wall installation. (These will not be suitable for plasterboard).
***For the longer/heavier chunky timber upgraded brackets will be required (to withstand the weight). Brackets supplied will be 8mm thick steel brackets***

These custom pieces are created using solid, reclaimed and re-purposed timber and although every care and attention is taken to minimise imperfections, you can still expect to see knots, small holes from missing knots and, sap holes in the timber. All is explained in my Terms and Conditions
